Repair/Reclamation Services for 05 No 132/11 KV, 20/26 MVA Power Transformers by Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO)

Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites bids for the repair and reclamation of five 132/11 KV, 20/26 MVA power transformers located at various grid substations including Dargai, Shahibagh, Chakdara, and Swat. The procurement is for non-consultancy services under contract reference P107905 for the fiscal year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Repair/Reclamation of 132/11 KV, 20/26 MVA Power Transformer Make Ganz at 132 kV GSS Dargai - Repair/Reclamation of 132/11 KV, 20/26 MVA Power Transformer Make Ganz at 132 kV GSS Shahibagh - Repair/Reclamation of 132/11 KV, 20/26 MVA Power Transformer Make Elta at 132 kV GSS Chakdara - Repair/Reclamation of 132/11 KV, 20/26 MVA Power Transformer Make Minel at 132 kV GSS Chakdara - Repair/Reclamation of 132/11 KV, 20/26 MVA Power Transformer Make Minel at 132 kV GSS Swat The scope includes site handling, dismantling, transportation to and from the service provider's workshop, detailed inspection, repair/reclamation as per NTDC/WAPDA specifications, testing, and final delivery. The supplier is responsible for all tools, manpower, safety, and quality control. Replacement of copper conductors requires returning the same quantity of old copper to PESCO. The delivery period is 60 to 120 days subject to PESCO's requirements, with detailed inspection and approval stages. Bidders must be registered with FBR, have relevant experience with government organizations, and not be blacklisted. Bid security of PKR 600,000 per transformer is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Monday, September 21, 2026 at 10:00 AM, with bid opening at 10:30 AM the same day. Manual bids are not accepted. The bid security original must be submitted physically to Room # 313, PESCO HQ, Peshawar. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) basis.
