Repair and Reconstruction Works of Government Buildings and Health Dispensaries in Various Villages Larkana

The Provincial Buildings Division Larkana invites experienced and eligible contractors to submit bids for repair, renovation, and reconstruction works of government buildings and health dispensaries in various villages of Larkana district. The tender includes multiple projects such as repair and renovation of dispensaries at Shabir Abad, Ghouspur, Tangwani, Bhit Dari, and others, as well as rehabilitation and construction of old buildings including hospitals and regional offices. Items being procured: - Repair/Renovation of Government Dispensary Shabir Abad (1 unit) - Repair/Renovation of Ghouspur (1 unit) - Repair/Renovation of Tangwani (part II) (1 unit) - Repair/Renovation of Bhit Dari (1 unit) - Repair/Renovation of Karam Pur (1 unit) - Rehabilitation/Reconstruction of Old Building of Larkana Hospital - Construction of Health Dispensaries in various villages (multiple units) - Construction of Office Block Larkana Mayor - Improvement/Construction/Reconstruction of Compound Walls in various villages (14 units) - Construction of Regional Offices of M&E Cell at Larkana - Construction of P.S Terminal at Mirokhan - Construction of Bus Terminal at Mirokhan The scope covers civil works based on the Composite Schedule of Rates (CSR-2024) with a contract period mostly of 18 months and some projects extending to 21 and 24 months. Valid PEC certificates in categories C-6, C-5, and C-4 with specialized codes C-09 and C-10 are mandatory. Bidders must be registered with FBR and SRB and have an average annual financial turnover of at least 10% of the bid amount over the last 5 years. Bid security of 5% of the bid amount and performance security of 5% of the contract price are required. Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal by 11:00 AM on 24th August 2026. The technical and financial bids will be scrutinized as per SPPRA rules. Manual bids will not be accepted.
