Tender Description
The Office of the Executive Engineer Education Works Division Sujawal is procuring works for the repair and rehabilitation of Government Boys Primary School (GBPS) Peer Jamal Shah located in U/C Jar, Taluka and District Sujawal. This project involves comprehensive civil works including dismantling, excavation, masonry, RCC work, plastering, painting, and sanitary fittings to restore and improve the school infrastructure.
The technical scope covers a wide range of construction activities such as dismantling cement concrete and stone masonry, excavation for foundations, reinforced cement concrete works including beams, columns, and slabs, fabrication of tor steel reinforcement, and installation of GI frames for doors and windows. The project also includes finishing works like marble tile flooring, distempering, and painting. The site is located near Civil Hospital Sujawal, and the contract duration is four months from the written order to commence.
Eligible bidders must hold a valid PEC registration with the specialized code CE-10, active NTN and FBR registration, and Sindh Revenue Board registration.
