Repair, Renovation and Construction Works at Supreme Court Building, National Monument and Jinnah Convention Hall Islamabad

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) Islamabad invites bids from well reputed firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council holding valid Registration Certificate in qualified Category for the year 2026-27. The projects involve repair, renovation, and construction works at prominent locations in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Repair and renovation work in Bar Room at Supreme Court of Pakistan Building - Renovation project of the monument commemorating the national poets of Romania and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Mihai Eminescu and Allama Muhammad Iqbal - Construction of protection/retaining wall and miscellaneous work at Jinnah Convention Hall These works require specialized civil and maintenance skills including structural repairs, finishing, and site-specific construction activities. Bidders must submit Bid Security/Earnest Money in the form of CDR in favor of Deputy Director Maintenance Division-III (SB), CDA, issued by any scheduled bank. The scanned copy of the Bid Security and original must be submitted two days before bid opening. Additionally, scanned copies of certificates on Original Judicial Stamp Paper worth Rs.50/- confirming no litigation and non-relationship with CDA are mandatory. Bids must be submitted online through the PPRA E-PADS 2.0 portal only; no hard copies will be accepted. Only firms registered as vendors on E-PADS 2.0 are eligible. The bid security will be deposited in CDA bank account and returned after contract acceptance. Bids will be opened on 02-11-2026 at 12:00 pm on E-PADS 2.0. Firms should ensure all documentation is complete and accurate to avoid disqualification. The CDA reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason.
