Tender Description

The Inland Revenue Service Academy Lahore invites experienced and reputable companies, contractors, firms, AOPs, and individuals to submit electronic bids for the repair and renovation work of its office building located at Satluj Block, Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore. This procurement is conducted under the Public Procurement Rules 2004 using a single stage single envelope procedure as per Rule 36(a). Items being procured: - Repair and renovation work of office building (exterior and interior) at Inland Revenue Service Academy Lahore The scope includes comprehensive repair and renovation of the office building, covering both exterior and interior works. Bidders must have valid PEC registration in category C4 and above with specialization codes including BC01, BC02, CE01, CE04, CE08, CE09, CE10, CE11(i), CE11(ix), CEII(vii), EE11(vi), EE11(viii), EE11(vv), EE11(xix), EE(xvii), ME01, ME02, ME04, ME05, ME06, ME07(v), and ME07(x). Firms must be on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue and have at least 6 to 7 years of professional experience. The tender fee of Rs. 10,000 must be submitted as a bank draft or pay order in favor of the Director General Inland Revenue Service Academy Lahore. Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk by 08 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room of the Inland Revenue Service Academy Lahore. Manual submissions are not allowed. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per Rule 33(1) of PPRA Rules 2004. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC license, ATL status, non-blacklisting affidavit, documented experience with international companies, and financial stability with a minimum closing balance of 30 million PKR as of 30 June 2026. Bidders should ensure all required documents and certifications are complete and properly submitted to avoid disqualification.
