Repair and Renovation of Police Buildings, Residential Building, Police Stations Buildings and Other Buildings

The District Police Officer, Nankana Sahib invites E-bids for repair and renovation works of police buildings, residential building, police stations buildings, and other buildings under a framework contract for the Financial Year 2026-27. The procurement is conducted through open competitive bidding via the E-Procurement System as per PPRA rules. Bidders must be firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers, or authorized agents/dealers/distributors registered with relevant tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax, and PEC. Eligibility requires valid PEC registration, FBR/ATL registration, and submission of bid security amounting to 1% of the estimated cost as earnest money. Performance guarantee of 2% will be required upon acceptance of the tender. Bidders must submit a single package containing technical and financial bids through the E-Procurement portal. Key dates include E-Bid submission on 02-11-2026 at 11:00 AM and bid opening on the same day at 11:30 AM. Bids must be submitted online via the E-Procurement system.
