The sites are spread across multiple locations including Kamra, Taxila, Chaklala, and Islamabad. Firms must furnish details including work orders, location, and pictures of completed projects along with satisfactory completion certificates. Experience in construction, electrical, mechanical, plumbing works/services registered with PEC in the relevant field is mandatory. Firms must also provide a list of personnel, bank statement, NTN certificate, and income tax returns for the last three years. Eligibility criteria include enlistment with PEC in categories C-2, C-3, C-4, C-5 with validity up to June 2026, preferably enlistment with MES in categories A, B, C (non-enlisted firms require 2% bid security refundable), pre-qualification with Engineer-in-Chief's Branch GHQ Rawalpindi, and no outstanding DI&E recoveries. Tenders will be issued to pre-qualified firms/contractors and must be received at HQ DW&CE (DP) GHQ Rawalpindi by 1130 hours on 2 November 2026. Opening of bids will be at 1200 hours on the same date. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
