Eligibility criteria include registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above, with a specialized code C5 (11) and CE10(0) for general and solar energy works. Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan or Balochistan Revenue Authority. Experience of completing at least three similar assignments with a minimum amount of Rs 11 million each in the last two years is mandatory. Financial capability must be demonstrated with a minimum annual turnover of Rs 11,144,459. The tender fee is PKR 1500, and a bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of CDR or bank guarantee.
