University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences, Lahore invites tenders from engineering firms and contractors for repair and renovation works at multiple locations within CVAS, Jhang. The procurement is conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement system at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk in accordance with PPRA rules. Items being procured: - Repair and Renovation / Painting and Distempering of Fatima Hall Girls Hostel at CVAS, Jhang (Estimated Cost Rs. 951,823) - Repair and Renovation / P/F of sanitary and wooden items at Prof. Dr. Ashiq Hall, CVAS, Jhang (Estimated Cost Rs. 827,277) - Repair and Renovation of sanitary and wooden items at Prof. Dr. Younas Hall at CVAS, Jhang (Estimated Cost Rs. 862,451) The works include sanitary and wooden item repairs and painting at the specified halls. The completion period for each work is 60 days. Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and valid for FY 2026-27. A 5% bid security in favor of Treasurer, UVAS Lahore, must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Manual bids and physical financial instruments including CDRs are not accepted. Successful bidders must provide a 10% performance guarantee as per PPRA rules. Bids will be opened on 17/09/2026 at 11:30 AM in the office of the Project Director (Building & Works Department), UVAS Lahore.
