The Medical Superintendent of Sandeman Provincial Hospital Quetta invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the repair and renovation works in various areas of Sandeman Provincial Hospital Quetta for the Financial Year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Repair & Renovation of Works in Various areas of SPH 2026-27 The procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility criteria include presence in the Active Tax Payer List, no blacklisting by Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority, and registration with the procuring agency. Bidders must have completed 3 assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least PKR 8,750,000 in the last 3 years, demonstrating financial capacity and a history of non-performing contracts. The bidder must not have any conflict of interest and must provide a credit line of 100% of the estimated cost for the last 3 years. Bid security of 2% of the bid amount must be submitted in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of PKR 1,000 from the date of publication until 01 October 2026 during office hours on working days.
