Construction of Storm Water Drains, Tuff Tile Footpaths and Janazgahs at Various Locations in Tehsil Karbala, Saranan & Huramzai, District Pishin

The Local Government & Rural Development Department Pishin invites sealed percentage based Electronic bids as per B-CSR 2026 (amended up-to-date) from interested firms, suppliers, and contractors having valid registration with PEC, Income Tax and BRA for the PSDP 2026-2027 scheme. Items being procured: - Construction of Storm Water Drains - Tuff Tile Footpaths - Janazgahs at Various Locations in Tehsil Karbala, Saranan & Huramzai, District Pishin The procurement shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules – 2014. Eligibility criteria include presence in Active Tax Payer List, no blacklisting by any procuring agency of Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority, and registration with PEC Category C-4 and above (Upto 200 million) in Relevant Category and Specialized Code is CE10(i) (General Civil Engineering Works). The bidder must have completed at least 2 assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least PKR 51,975,000 in the last 5 years, showing financial capacity. Affidavit confirming no conflict, no blacklisting/debarment, major litigation, or non-performance in last 5 years is mandatory. The bidder must have completed at least 3 Solar Street Light projects in last 5 years, each costing at least 50% of the estimated cost. Subcontracted works are not accepted. Each project must have at least 80% similar work and cost at least 50% of the estimated cost. Maintenance, restoration, rehabilitation and subcontracted works are not accepted. The bidder must submit a tender processing fee of Rs. 2000 PKR in NBP AC 4157218156. Bid Security must accompany the bid in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call of 3% specified above in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank.
