Repair & Replacement of Filters and Accessories of RO Plants in Punjab Sahulat Bazaars all over the Punjab

Punjab Sahulat Bazaars Authority (PSBA) invites electronic bids from eligible bidders and qualified firms, companies, and suppliers duly registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) and relevant tax and regulatory authorities for the Repair & Replacement of Filters and Accessories of RO Plants of Sahulat Bazaars all over the Punjab under a Framework Contract in accordance with Rule 15 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended). Items being procured: - Repair & Replacement of Filters and Accessories of RO Plants in Sahulat Bazaars all over the Punjab The procurement will be completed as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, using Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) bidding procedure executed through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). Tender documents are available in English and can be downloaded free of cost from PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement System websites. Separate Technical and Financial Bids must be submitted online at the Punjab e-Procurement System portal by 22-09-2026 at or before 09:30 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 10:00 AM as per PPRA Rules, 2014. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 15-09-2026 at 11:00 AM at the address mentioned in the notice. Bidders must ensure timely uploading of bids and accompanying Bid Security as prescribed under PPRA rules. Bidders are advised to register at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk for electronic bid submission. Proposals submitted in any other mode or after the deadline will be rejected.
