Repair, Services and Purchase of Various Items for Regional Police Officer Sargodha

The Regional Police Officer Sargodha invites bids under the Punjab Procurement Rules-2014 for the financial year 2026-2027. The contract is a framework agreement covering multiple categories such as office supplies, furniture, vehicle maintenance, facility management, and chemicals (lubricants). Bidders should have relevant PEC categories and must comply with FBR and ATL registration requirements. Experience in similar government contracts will be advantageous. Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) by 25th July 2026 at 11:00 am. The Technical and Financial Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 pm in the office of the Regional Police Officer, Sargodha. Earnest Money in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft from a scheduled bank is mandatory as per the specified bid security amounts. Successful bidders will provide a Performance Guarantee equal to 2% of the total cost.
