Tender Description
The Regional Police Officer Sargodha invites bids under the Punjab Procurement Rules-2014 for the financial year 2026-2027. This tender is aimed at well reputed and financially capable firms with adequate managerial capacity and relevant experience. Firms must be registered with Income Tax, General Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax Departments. The procurement covers repair, services, and purchase of various items required by the police department in Sargodha.
Items being procured:
- Purchase of Lubricants (Oil)
- Purchase of miscellaneous Stationery items
- Purchase of computer stationery items including Computer Paper, toners etc
- Purchase of miscellaneous other items
- Purchase of miscellaneous Plants and Machinery items
- Purchase of Table, Chairs or any other Furniture items
- Purchase of spare parts/ repair of Government vehicles
- Repair of Government Machinery
- Repair and Maintenance of Office/Residential Building
The scope includes supply and repair services for lubricants, stationery, furniture, machinery, vehicles, and building maintenance. The contract is a framework agreement covering multiple categories such as office supplies, furniture, vehicle maintenance, facility management, and chemicals (lubricants). Bidders should have relevant PEC categories and must comply with FBR and ATL registration requirements. Experience in similar government contracts will be advantageous.
Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) by 25th July 2026 at 11:00 am. The Technical and Financial Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 pm in the office of the Regional Police Officer, Sargodha. Earnest Money in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft from a scheduled bank is mandatory as per the specified bid security amounts. Successful bidders will provide a Performance Guarantee equal to 2% of the total cost.
