Police College Sihala, Rawalpindi (Punjab) invites sealed bids under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 from well-reputed and financially sound firms with prior experience and valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registration for the financial year 2026-27 (up to 30-06-2027). Bids must be submitted via the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 14th September 2026 at 11:00 am and will be opened at 11:30 am the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives at Police College Sihala, Kahuta Road, Rawalpindi. Items being procured: - Repair of Transport and purchase of tyres/spare parts, Oil & Lubricant of Government vehicles and Generators - LPG with 45KG Cylinder The procurement covers repair and maintenance materials for government vehicles and generators, including tyres, spare parts, oils, lubricants, and LPG cylinders. Bidders must submit a single sealed package containing separate Technical and Financial envelopes. Technical proposals will be opened and evaluated first, followed by financial proposals of technically qualified bidders. Bid security of 3% of the total bid value must be submitted digitally via Digital Bank's Mobile App/Corporate Payment Portal with PSID prefix 267901430. Successful bidders must also deposit 3% performance guarantee digitally through the Punjab e-Procurement Portal via Switch on MT760 as Advising Bank. The performance guarantee will be refunded upon successful contract completion. Police College Sihala reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule-35 of PPRA Rules 2014.
