Police College Sihala, Rawalpindi, Punjab invites sealed bids under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 from financially sound firms with previous experience and registration with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for purchase of miscellaneous items for financial year 2026-27 up to 30-06-2027. Bids must be submitted via Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 14th September 2026 before 11:00 am and will be opened at 11:30 am on the same day in presence of bidders or their representatives at Police College Sihala, Kahuta Road, Rawalpindi. Items being procured: - Repair of Transport and purchase of tyres/spare parts Oil & Lubricant of Govt. vehicles and Generators - LPG with 45KG Cylinder The scope includes repair and maintenance of transport vehicles including supply of tyres, spare parts, oils, lubricants, and LPG cylinders. Bidders must ensure compliance with technical specifications and timely delivery. Each bid shall contain two separate envelopes for Technical and Financial proposals. Technical proposals will be opened on 14-09-2026 at 11:30 am, followed by financial proposals opening on a date fixed on Punjab e-Procurement System in presence of qualified bidders. Bid security of 3% of total bid price must be submitted digitally through Digital Bank's Mobile App/Corporate Payment Portal. Successful bidders must also deposit 3% performance guarantee digitally via Punjab e-Procurement Portal. Performance guarantee will be refunded upon successful contract completion.
