The Chief Minister's Inspection Team Gilgit-Baltistan invites sealed tenders from authorized distributors, suppliers, and well-reputed firms registered with the Income Tax Department for the repair of transport vehicles. This procurement is issued by the Chief Minister's Inspection Team (CMIT) located in Gilgit. Items being procured: - Repair of Transport (Vehicles) Tender documents containing detailed specifications can be obtained from the office of the undersigned during office hours. The scope includes comprehensive repair and maintenance services for the transport vehicles used by the CMIT. Bidders must ensure that all rates are typed and filled in all required spaces; incomplete or blank bids will be rejected. The contractor must have its own workshop or shop to participate in this tender. Earnest money amounting to 5% of the quoted amount must be attached in the form of a demand draft or pay order in the name of the Drawing and Disbursing Officer Chief Minister's Inspection Team Gilgit-Baltistan, payable at any scheduled bank. An affidavit on stamp paper of Rs. 50/- must also be attached confirming the bidder has never been blacklisted by any Government or Semi-Government organization or PPRA. The rates offered will remain valid until 30th June 2027. The successful contractor will be liable to supply the items throughout the financial year without any increase or decrease in rates. The Procurement Committee reserves the right to cancel bids based on quoted rates and to accept or reject tenders according to RPRA Rule-33(1). Items must be delivered only after issuance of a supply order by the CMIT Gilgit. Tender submission deadline is **27th August 2026 at 10:30 AM**, with opening at 11:00 AM the same day. Tender documents must reach the office before the deadline. In case of a public holiday, the next working day will be considered. Interested bidders should ensure timely submission and compliance with all terms to avoid disqualification.
