Pre-Qualification of Firms for Supply and Services of MT Items and Automobile Workshops for NHMP West Zone Zonal Office

The National Highways & Motorway Police (NHMP) West Zone Zonal Office in Quetta invites applications for Pre-Qualification of Firms for the supply and services of Motor Transport (MT) items and automobile workshops for official vehicles for the fiscal years 2026-27, 2027-28, and 2028-29. This prequalification is intended to establish an Open Framework Agreement for on-demand supply and services through subsequent Call-Off Contracts during the agreement period of 36 months. Items being procured include: - Complete engine, motor, gear/transmission, suspension parts, overhaul and related accessories - Minor repairs, small vehicle repairs, parts, adjustments, and replacement of ordinary parts - Major electrical work including ECU/Electronic diagnostics and repair - AC repair, service, and gas filling - Denting and painting (minor and major) - All types of vehicle spare parts - Injector/pump repair and calibration - Tyres and tubes for official vehicles - All types of vehicle batteries - Purchase of all types of filters - Lubricants and oils including petrol and diesel engine oils of various SAE grades, coolant/antifreeze, and brake oil The technical scope covers mechanical, electrical, and denting/painting repair works of vehicles and motorbikes. The services are to be provided at the DIG Office NHMP West Zone located at Survey 446/E Near Cafe China Check Post Staff College Road Quetta Cantt. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with FBR, BRA, SRB, and be on the Active Taxpayer List. Applicants must not be blacklisted and must provide documentary evidence of experience, financial capacity, and technical capabilities. The evaluation will be based on Quality Based Selection (QBS) with technical marks weighted at 80 and financial marks at 20. Minimum passing marks are 40 for technical and 50% aggregate.
