Providing Services for Repair Work (Paint and Graphic) of Dispensing Unit, Lube Rack and Dustbin at NVROs-Sukkur Division

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for providing repair services including painting and graphic work for dispensing units, lube racks, and dustbins at NVROs in Sukkur Division. Items being procured: - Repair, repaint, and graphic work on 80 fiber dustbins including repair of fiberglass material, closing holes and cracks, repairing draws and flaps, applying fresh 2K paint in PSO colors, and pasting PSO standard graphics (3M/Avery). - Repair and repaint of 50 steel lube racks including fixing broken windows and locks, repairing steel structure, applying fresh 2K paint, replacing damaged hinges and locks, and replacement of new design lube rack graphics as per PSO standards. - Dispensing unit graphics and paint for 80 units including providing and pasting PSO logos with vinyl and lamination (3M/Avery or equivalent), zero meter stickers with reflector material, and paint services involving cleaning, putty filling, and spray application of white and green 2K paint. The scope includes transportation of dustbins and lube racks to and from the workshop. Only authorized convertorship of 3M/Avery vendors is applicable for this job. The contractor must comply with PSO's safety, security, and HSE standards, provide all necessary PPEs, and ensure risk assessments and safe work practices. Payment will be subject to job acceptance. The contractor is responsible for debris removal and indemnifying PSO against any liabilities arising from the work.
