The agreement will be for a period of three years from the contract signing date, with regional frame agreements signed with successful bidders after a competitive bidding process. Items being procured: - Janitorial Services for PTCL FTR offices and facilities The frame agreement will be on a demand basis, with no guaranteed purchase orders unless a firm requirement arises.
