Replacement of Burnt HT Cable and D-Link Set and Repair/Maintenance Works at Military Engineer Services Rawalpindi

Military Engineer Services (MES) Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders for important repair and replacement works under PPRA Rule 13 (1) of 2004. The works include replacement of burnt HT cable and D-Link set near Ayub Auditorium and faulty TWs at Girls Hostel at AM College Rawalpindi, with an estimated cost of Rs. 2.762 Million. Additionally, repair, maintenance, renovation, and upgrade works of B&R / E&M at PEMH, AFIC-NIHD, AFIO, AFIRI, AFIMH, AFIT, and AM College are also required, with an estimated cost up to Rs. 3.999 Million. Items being procured: - Replacement of Burnt HT Cable & D-Link Set near Ayub Auditorium - Faulty TWs at Girls Hostel at AM College Rawalpindi - Repair, Maintenance, Renovation, and Upgrade works of B&R / E&M at PEMH, AFIC-NIHD, AFIO, AFIRI, AFIMH, AFIT, AM College The contractors must submit their applications with complete credentials. Only firms with sufficient experience and meeting special conditions will be scrutinized. Contractors must provide a certificate confirming no litigation or outstanding issues with government departments. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is mandatory, and only contractors on the approved MES list in categories A, B, C, D, and E with relevant experience should apply. Tender documents must be received by 1130 hours on 25 September 2026, with opening at 1200 hours the same day.
