Tender Description
The Large Taxpayers Office, Lahore under the Federal Board of Revenue is inviting e-bids through the EPADS, PPRA platform for the project titled Replacement of Dry Batteries and Service of UPS 20-KVA. This procurement is for the maintenance and replacement of batteries for UPS systems at the Large Taxpayers Office located in Lahore.
Items being procured:
- Service of UPS 20-KVA (16 Nos.)
- Replacement of Dry Batteries 40AH (288 Nos.)
- Replacement of Dry Batteries 100AH (32 Nos.)
The installation allocation for these items is specified as 1st floor to 6th floor for the UPS service and 40AH batteries, and 3rd floor for the 100AH batteries. The scope includes servicing UPS units and replacing dry batteries as per the quantities listed, ensuring reliable power backup for the office.
Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and follow the Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure. A bid security instrument amounting to Rs. 107,000/- in the form of a Bank Draft or Pay Order in the name of Chief Commissioner, Large Taxpayers Office, Lahore is mandatory.
The deadline for proposal submission is 08-09-2026 by 03:00 p.m., with bid opening at 03:30 p.m. on the same day at the Conference Hall, LTO Lahore. Original CDR and proposal hard copies must be submitted before the deadline to avoid disqualification. Site visits and queries can be addressed during office hours at the Accounts Branch of Large Taxpayers Office.
Firms/companies/contractors must provide an affidavit on stamp paper confirming they are not blacklisted by any government department. Rates quoted should be inclusive of all duties and taxes. The Chief Commissioner Inland Revenue reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
Bidders are advised to ensure timely submission of original documents alongside e-bids to avoid disqualification, and to carefully review the technical specifications for battery types and UPS servicing requirements.
