Items being procured: - Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of complete Heavy-Duty Copper Radiator Assembly including top and bottom tanks, radiator core of 48" × 26" × 6 Rows, made with heavy-duty copper tubing and copper fins, compatible with Cummins QSX 15-G8 engine of 500 kVA DG Set coupled with Siemens 1-FC2 355-4 alternator - Removal of existing radiator and installation of new radiator with all necessary fittings, coolant connections, flushing/descaling, coolant filling, leakage testing, and trial operation - Transportation and Labour Charges for shifting, rigging, dismantling, reassembling, testing, and commissioning of the DG Set The scope includes full warranty coverage for 12 months from installation against defects in material, workmanship, leakage, or installation faults. The supplier is responsible for repair or replacement during the warranty period at no additional cost. The radiator must maintain proper cooling performance and be free from leakage under normal operating conditions.
