Tender Description

The Estate Office Management is procuring works for the Replacement of Old Furniture of Federal Lodge Chamba House and Renovation and Upgradation of Estate Office at Lahore. This procurement is specific to Lahore, Punjab, and involves comprehensive civil works and furniture replacement. The scope includes replacing 62 solid wood double beds with upholstered boucle fabric, mattresses with high-density reflex foam, and 124 sofa chairs with luxury soft fabric upholstery. Additionally, the project covers installation of window roll blinds, renovation of conference halls, guest houses, and various structural works such as brick masonry, reinforced concrete, plastering, flooring with terrazzo and granite, aluminium window and door fittings, and plumbing works. Eligible bidders must be enlisted with PEC in categories C5 or above for Lot-I and C6 or above for Lot-II for the year 2025-26 with specialized codes CE-01, CE-09, and CE-10. Bidders must also provide an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper confirming they are not blacklisted and submit original bid security in the form of CDR or Banker's Cheque before the online submission deadline. The procurement follows the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique and requires bidders to submit a complete item-wise priced Bill of Quantities (BOQ) on EPADS v2.0. The bid submission deadline is Thursday, June 4, 2026, at 02:30 PM via EPADS v2.0, with bid opening at 03:00 PM the same day. Manual submissions are not accepted. The contract completion time is 10 calendar days for furniture replacement and 30 days for renovation works from contract signing. Performance security of 10% of contract value is required. Payment will be made based on actual work executed and verified at site. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely registration and submission on EPADS v2.0, as manual bids or late submissions will be disqualified.
