Tender Description
The SBP Banking Services Corporation (SBP-BSC) Multan invites qualified contractors to submit bids for the Replacement of Steel Wire Ropes for Passenger Lifts at SBP-BSC (BANK) Multan located at Pul Mouj Darya, LMQ Road, Multan. This procurement is for the fiscal year 2026-27 and involves supply and installation of steel wire ropes for three passenger lifts, two in the Main Building and one in the Annexe Building. Items being procured:
- Supply of Steel Wire Ropes totaling 1800 feet for Main and Annexe Buildings (13mm*8*19S Rope Size)
- Installation, replacement, testing and commissioning of lift steel wire ropes
The ropes must comply with ISO 4344:2022 standards and be fully compatible with existing lift machinery. Bidders must provide documentary evidence proving the foreign origin of the ropes along with relevant test certificates. The scope includes complete replacement and commissioning within 120 days. Eligibility requires bidders to have completed at least two similar projects each costing Rs. 1,400,000 or more in the last five years, be registered with Punjab Revenue Authority, and demonstrate financial capability with minimum annual turnover of Rs. 5 million or equivalent bank credit line.
Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by **Thursday, November 5, 2026 at 11:00 AM**. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bid security of Rs. 100,000 in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, or Demand Draft is required. The technical bid will be evaluated on a 100% technical score basis with a passing mark of 100. The contract duration is 180 days from commencement. The successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee of 10% of contract price.
