Request for Proposals (RFP) for Design Vetting and Construction Supervision of Tehsil Complex Building at Gadezai District Buner

The Communication & Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (C&W Division-I, Buner) invites qualified consultants to submit proposals for the design vetting and construction supervision of the scheme titled Construction of Tehsil Complex Building at Gadezai District Buner for the fiscal year 2026-27 under ADP No. 133/260596. Items being procured: - Design Vetting - Construction Supervision This consultancy service involves thorough technical review and oversight of the construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards. The project site is located in Gadezai, District Buner, and requires consultants registered with PEC in relevant codes and registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA). Interested firms must submit separate Technical and Financial Proposals through the EPADS System (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk) by 17/09/2026 at 12:00 PM. Proposals will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM. The selection will be made using the Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) method as per the Request for Proposal (RFP) documents. A non-refundable Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of Rs. 5,000/- as bidding entry fee in favor of the Executive Engineer C&W Division-I Buner must reach the office before the closing date and time.
