Hiring of Consultancy Services for Design Review and Supervision of Water Supply and Sanitation Schemes in Lakki Marwat

The Public Health Engineering Division Lakki Marwat, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites qualified consultants and firms to submit proposals for consultancy services related to two major projects in Lakki Marwat city. These projects include the Design Review and Supervision of Drinking Water Supply and Sanitation Schemes under the Mega Drinking Water Supply and Sanitation Schemes for Naurang City (ADP No. 250693), and the Design Review and Supervision of Sanitation & Drainage Infrastructure under the Improvement of Sanitation & Drainage Infrastructure in Lakki City (ADP No. 251006). Items being procured: - Design Review and Supervision of Drinking Water Supply and Sanitation Schemes for Naurang City - Design Review and Supervision of Sanitation & Drainage Infrastructure in Lakki City The consultancy services require expertise in water supply and sanitation infrastructure, including technical design review and on-site supervision. Interested consultants must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with relevant codes as specified in the RFP, and must hold valid registrations with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Proposals must be submitted through the EPADS online portal using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Technical and financial proposals should be prepared in accordance with the RFP document, which can be downloaded from the EPADS/KP-PPRA website before the closing date. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the office of the Chief Engineer (South), Public Health Engineering Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Plot 40, Sector B-II, Phase V, Hayatabad, Peshawar on 3rd September 2026 at 1200 hours. Key submission deadline is 14th September 2026 at 1100 hours. Technical proposals will be evaluated first, and only qualified firms will have their financial proposals opened. A bid declaration certificate must be uploaded with the technical proposal, confirming the consultant's commitment to submit a performance security of 10% of the bid amount in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan, favoring the Executive Engineer, PHE Division Lakki Marwat. Incomplete or conditional proposals will be rejected. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals with valid reasons.
