Request for Proposals for Establishment of Public-Private Producer Partnerships (4Ps) for Peach and Trout Fish Value Chains Across Northern Cluster of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

The Planning & Development Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, through its Project Management Unit (PMU) of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Rural Economic Transformation Project (KP-RETP), invites proposals from eligible private-sector enterprises for the establishment of Public-Private Producer Partnerships (4Ps) focused on the Peach and Trout Fish value chains across the Northern Cluster of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This initiative is funded by the Government of Pakistan with support from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) and the European Union (EU). Items being procured: - Establishment of 4Ps for Peach value chain - Establishment of 4Ps for Trout Fish value chain The scope involves forming partnerships that enhance value chain development for these agricultural and aquaculture products in the northern districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Interested parties must comply with the eligibility criteria and terms outlined in the Request for Proposals (RFP) document. A Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for 12 November 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Conference Room of the Project Management Unit, KP-RETP, Peshawar. The deadline for submission of proposals is 24 November 2026 at 12:00 PM.
