All items must meet minimum quality and food safety standards including original sealed packaging, food-grade materials, and compliance with Sindh Food Authority licensing. The supplier must have relevant experience, valid FBR/ATL registration, and provide bid security of 2% and performance security of 10% of contract price. Bids will be evaluated on technical and financial criteria under a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. The contract period extends to 30 June 2027.
