Tender Description
Bahria University Lahore Campus invites sealed bids through EPAD for the procurement of 35 Computers and 2 GPUs. The procurement is managed by Bahria University Head Office Islamabad, with the technical and financial bids to be submitted by 06 October 2026 at 1100 hours. Items being procured:
- 35 x Cu7 PCs with Intel® CoreTM Ultra 7 265 processor, 16GB DDR5 RAM, 512 GB NVMe SSD, 23.5 LED Monitor, 3 years onsite warranty
- 2 x Cu9 Workstations with Intel® CoreTM Ultra 9 285K processor, 32GB DDR5 RAM, NVIDIA RTX PRO 2000 Blackwell Workstation Edition 16GB Graphics, 1 TB NVMe SSD, 23.5 LED Monitor, 3 years onsite warranty
The scope includes delivery, installation, commissioning, and end-user training at no extra cost. Bidders must be GST registered with FBR, have at least 3 years of relevant experience, and submit a bid security of Rs. 900,000 in the form of Pay Order/DD. The bidding documents are available for Rs. 5,000 non-refundable fee payable to Bahria University Islamabad. Bids must be submitted in the prescribed format; incomplete or conditional bids will be rejected. Technical bids will be opened on the closing date at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened later.
Bidders should ensure compliance with all technical specifications and warranty conditions. Delivery and installation must be completed within 8 weeks. The bid security will be forfeited if the successful bidder fails to accept the work order or deliver as per schedule. Payment terms include 90% payment within 30 days after delivery and acceptance, with 10% retention released after the 3-year defect liability period. Arbitration will be conducted by the Honorable Rector Bahria University Islamabad. Force Majeure conditions apply as specified.
