Tender Description
Sports Board Punjab (SBP), an autonomous body established by the Government of the Punjab for promotion and development of sports in the Punjab Province, invites eligible Companies, Firms, and Sole Proprietors to submit their applications for the supply of IT equipment items for the financial year 2026-27 (extendable) as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 through E-Tendering.
Items being procured:
- Supply of IT Equipment Items (specific item list not provided in the notice).
The procurement involves providing IT equipment to support the Sports Board Punjab's operations and development activities. Interested bidders must submit their applications on the prescribed format for pre-qualification, including all relevant information and requisite documents.
A complete set of the Pre-Qualification Document (PQD) in English can be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA website https://pp.punjab.gov.pk, the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, and the Sports Board Punjab website https://sportsboard.punjab.gov.pk. The complete EOI application must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 30.09.2026 (Wednesday) at 11:45 AM. The PQD will be opened on the same day at 12:15 PM at the address mentioned below.
All pages of the application must be signed and stamped by the applicant. Incomplete, unfilled, or vague E-Prequalification documents will not be entertained.
Eligibility criteria include being a registered company/firm/sole proprietor with valid FBR/ATL registration and meeting any other requirements as per the PQD. Earnest Money or Bid Security details are as per the tender documents.
Bidders are advised to carefully review the PQD and submit their applications timely through the e-Procurement portal to avoid disqualification. Late submissions will not be accepted.
