Restoration and Improvement of Metalled Road and Rehabilitation of Sports Stadium in Vehari

District Council Vehari invites electronic bids for development schemes on an item-rate basis through Single Stage-Two Envelope (SSTE) procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended). Eligible engineering firms/contractors registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) and possessing valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license/enlistment for Financial Year 2026-27 are invited to participate. Items being procured: - Restoration / Improvement of metalled road from Ratta Tibba to Pakhi More, Length 13.00 Km District Vehari - Rehabilitation of Sports Stadium in Jalla Jeem, Tehsil Mailsi The procurement will be conducted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) in strict accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 and PPRA regulations. Bidders must submit Technical and Financial proposals electronically by the prescribed deadline. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted via Digital Bank Guarantee (e-Bank Guarantee) through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Physical bid securities in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft, etc. will not be accepted. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder. Bids will remain valid for 60 days from the date of opening. The successful bidder must furnish performance security equal to 5% of the contract price through SWIFT MT760.
