Resurfacing and Reconditioning of Green Bus Route Parts 1-3 Mirpur City Roads

The Highways Division Mirpur Azad Jammu & Kashmir invites eligible firms and contractors licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council to participate in electronic bidding for resurfacing and reconditioning works on key roads in Mirpur City. This procurement is under the Single Stage-Single Envelope E-Bidding System in accordance with AJK PPRA Rules 36(a) for FY 2026-27. Items being procured: - Resurfacing/Reconditioning of Green Bus Route, Part-1 Mirpur Mangla Road Honda Chowk to Y Cross (Length 6 Km) - Resurfacing/Reconditioning of Green Bus Route, Part-2 Mirpur Mangla Road Y Cross to Sahab Chak (Length 7 Km) - Resurfacing/Reconditioning of Green Bus Route, Part-3 Mirpur Mangla Road Sahab Chak to Y Cross (Length 7 Km) The scope includes resurfacing and reconditioning of the Green Bus Route roads in Mirpur City, District Mirpur (AJK). The estimated costs range from approximately Rs. 194 million to Rs. 273 million per lot with completion periods of 100 days each. Bidders must have the appropriate PEC category (C-3 & Above CE-01 for Part-1 and C-4 & Above CE-01 for Parts 2 and 3) and must submit bid security as specified. Bidders are required to submit bids electronically via the E-Bidding system by 11:30 am on 12th December 2026. Technical profiles must be uploaded in PDF format.
