Procurement of Retrofitting Conversion Kits (FOR Basis) for Heavy Industries Taxila

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing NTN Certificates for the supply of Retrofitting Conversion Kits on FOR basis as detailed in Annexure A. The procurement will be conducted under the rules of PPRA and MoDP. Items being procured: - Retrofitting Conversion Kits (FOR Basis) as per Annexure A The delivery period is 6 months after signing the contract. Tender documents are available on the PPRA website. Bidders must submit photocopies of registration, pre-qualification, and indexation letters issued by HIT, registration letters with government or semi-government organizations if any, attested registration certificates from the Sales Tax Department, NTN certificates, audit reports for the last 3 financial years, attested bank statements for the last year, attested CNIC copies of CEO or Director, trade links between firm and OEM (if distributor or agent), judicial certificate worth Rs 100 attested by Oath Commissioner confirming no default or blacklisting, and details of contracts or work experience with government or semi-government organizations for the last 3 financial years. A postal order of Rs 2000/- must be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila.
