Revamping of IESCO Dispensary at IESCO Colony G-7/4 Islamabad

The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) Civil Division is procuring works for the revamping of the IESCO Dispensary located at IESCO Colony G-7/4 Islamabad. This project involves comprehensive civil, electrical, and sanitation works to upgrade the dispensary facilities in the Islamabad Capital Territory. The technical scope includes dismantling of existing cement concrete, tile flooring, brick tile roofing, and plaster. It also covers brick work, cement concrete, mosaic flooring and dado, plastering, granite and glazed tile flooring, painting, aluminum windows and steel grills installation, wood joinery, laminated board fixing for cupboards and wardrobes, and installation of door closers and mortice locks. Electrical works include wiring for light, fan points, call bells, plug sockets, exhaust fans, and ACSP exhaust fans. Plumbing works involve laying and testing of GI, WI, and PVC pipes, installation of floor traps, water closets, wash hand basins, soap dishes, towel rails, taps, and other sanitary fittings. Eligible bidders must have PEC registration, NTN and PRA registration, FBR returns, and at least one work order of similar nature. Financial capability is required with a bank statement showing a balance of at least 50% of the estimated cost. Experience in similar projects and compliance with FBR/ATL registration is mandatory. The bid submission deadline is Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at 11:00 AM through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The bid security must be submitted in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit. The project is scheduled for completion within 60 days after contract award. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely registration on EPADS v2.0 and to carefully prepare the technical and financial bids in accordance with the detailed specifications and eligibility criteria.
