The works cover electrical and civil repairs at grid stations, office buildings, residential quarters, and other facilities. Eligibility criteria require contractors to be registered with PEC for the year 2026-27 with at least Category C-6 and specialization code CE-10. Bidders must have FBR registration and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Earnest Money at 4% of the estimated cost must be deposited in the form of CDR in favor of Executive Engineer Civil Division IESCO Islamabad. The successful bidder must provide 10% contract price as pay order/bank guarantee/CDR as performance security before signing the contract. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS portal before the closing date and time. The bid security must be uploaded scanned in PDF format and original submitted before closing time.
