Tender Description

The Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Orakzai, invites bids for the supply, installation, and commissioning of a Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water Filtration Plant along with the construction of a housing room for the plant. This procurement is funded by the Access to Justice Development Fund (AJDF) and is intended to improve water quality at the Tehsil Courts Kalaya and District Courts Orakzai located in Baber Mela, Hangu. The RO plant must have a capacity of 5000 GPD with up to 1,000 ppm TDS removal efficiency and include all necessary fittings, a high-pressure pump, and on-site training for operation. Additionally, a suitable feed water tank with a capacity between 3000 to 5000 litres is required. The housing room for the plant should be approximately 12x12 feet, constructed with civil, plumbing, and electrical works to ensure proper installation and protection of the equipment. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and hold an active Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration. Firms must also be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). The bidding process follows the Single Stage, Two Envelops procedure under KP-PPRA Rules 2014. Bidders are required to submit a bid security of 2% of the quoted value in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank. Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately and clearly marked. The bids should be uploaded through the EPADS portal and also submitted physically to the office of the District & Sessions Judge, Orakzai. The deadline for bid submission is 12:00 PM on 1st June 2026, with technical bids opening at 12:30 PM the same day in the Conference Room of District Courts Orakzai. Delivery, construction, and installation must be completed within 14 days of the supply order issuance.
