The Veterinary Services Department of Karachi Metropolitan Corporation is offering the rights for collection of fees on licences for meat and poultry shops within the jurisdiction of KMC for the fiscal year 2026-2027. Items being procured: - Right to Collect Fee on Licence for Meat Shops in the jurisdiction of KMC - Right to Collect Fee on Licence for Poultry Shops in the jurisdiction of KMC The auction involves the disposal of contracts granting the rights to collect fees from meat and poultry shop licences. The bid amounts or reserved prices are Rs 10,000,000 for meat shops and Rs 15,000,000 for poultry shops. Participants must deposit 10% of the reserve price as a security deposit via pay order from any scheduled bank. This deposit is refundable for unsuccessful bidders after the auction concludes. The successful bidder must pay the remaining balance along with applicable income tax as per Government of Sindh regulations before contract award. Eligibility criteria include possession of CNIC, registration with FBR, no blacklisting or default history in local government or TMC, and compliance with payment terms including two installments and bank guarantee for 30% of the contract amount.
