Tender Description
The Irrigation Multan Zone is offering the rights to collect toll tax at the Mailsi Syphon Cum Barrage for a period of 324 days from 11-08-2026 to 30-06-2027. This contract is being auctioned by the Executive Engineer, Mailsi Syphon Division, Thingi. The auction covers the toll collection rights for the entire period mentioned, with a revised reserve price of Rs. 28,658,439 approved by the Chief Engineer, Irrigation Multan Zone.

The scope involves the provision, operation, and maintenance of toll collection facilities at the specified barrage site. The successful bidder will be responsible for all expenses related to these operations and must comply with the government-approved toll tax schedule for vehicles. The contract requires the bidder to furnish earnest money in the form of a CDR at 5% of the reserve price and to provide a bank guarantee equal to 10% of the total bid amount after sanction.
Eligibility criteria include submission of attested CNIC copies, specimen signatures, and Power of Attorney if bidding as a firm. The bidder must sign and initial all tender documents and corrections, and conditional bids will not be entertained. Income tax at 10% of the bid price must also be deposited by the successful bidder.
Bid documents can be obtained from the Executive Engineer's office during office hours up to 07-08-2026. Sealed bids must be submitted by 08-08-2026 at 12:00 PM and will be opened at 12:30 PM the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
