Provision of R.O Water Filtration Plant at District & Sessions Court Tando Allahayar

The District & Sessions Court Tando Allahayar is procuring a Reverse Osmosis (R.O) Water Filtration Plant to be installed at its premises in Tando Allahayar, Sindh. This procurement is part of the Access to Justice Development Fund projects aimed at improving infrastructure and facilities at the court. The scope includes supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the R.O Plant within two months from the issuance of the work order. The plant and all related materials must conform to approved standards and specifications. The contractor will be responsible for all civil works, materials, labor, and equipment necessary for the successful completion of the project. The bidder must also have a documented Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policy and deploy an HSE supervisor on site. The bid submission deadline is 09:00 AM on 3rd July 2026, with bid opening at 10:00 AM the same day at the Conference Hall District Court, Tando Allahayar. Bids must be submitted electronically via the SPPRA e-Procurement portal; no physical submissions will be accepted. Earnest Money amounting to 2% of the bid price is required in the form of a bank draft or pay order in favor of the Access to Justice Development Fund.
