Road Construction and Rehabilitation Works in Various Districts of Sindh Province

Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL) under the Ministry of Housing & Works, Government of Pakistan, invites bids for road construction and rehabilitation works in multiple districts of Sindh province. The procurement is conducted through Single Stage One Envelope procedure via E-PAK e-bidding system. Items being procured: - Improvement and laying of various roads in District Shaheed Benazirabad - Construction and rehabilitation of roads in District Sanghar - Road works in District Mirpur Khas - Road improvement in District Badin - Rehabilitation of roads in District Umerkot - Other associated civil works related to road infrastructure The scope includes construction, improvement, and rehabilitation of roads across several districts, focusing on enhancing connectivity and infrastructure quality. The works involve earthworks, pavement laying, drainage, and related civil engineering tasks. The project sites are spread across Sindh province, with Karachi as the issuing office location. Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC in relevant categories for road works and possess valid FBR and ATL registration. Experience in similar scale road construction projects is required. Earnest Money in the form of CDR is mandatory as per tender documents. The tender documents are available online at the PIDCL website. Bidders must submit their bids electronically via the E-PAK system by the closing date. The deadline for submission is 26th October 2023 at 23:59:59. Late submissions will not be accepted. Technical and financial bids will be opened online as per schedule.
