The projects require adherence to provincial highway standards and specifications. The contract period for completion is 24 months with a tender fee of PKR 5000 and a 5% earnest money deposit. Eligible bidders must possess valid PEC registration in category C2 or above, with relevant experience in road construction and rehabilitation. FBR registration and active ATL status are mandatory.
