Construction of B/T Roads in District Jaffarabad

The Executive Engineer (Road), Communication Works, Physical Planning and Housing Department, District Jaffarabad, Government of Balochistan, invites electronic bids from eligible contractors for execution of road construction works during the year 2026. The works are based on Composite Schedule Rates 2023 and are to be bid on percentage rates. S.No. 2, Construction of B/T Road from Main Quetta Road to Village Ali Dost, Sasoli, Haibat Khan Pathan and Ghulam Mustafa Mengal, District Jaffarabad, with stated length of **3.00 km**; estimated cost **Rs. 52,390,461**. B/T denotes bituminous or blacktop road construction, with the detailed technical requirements, quantities, specifications and applicable schedule rates contained in the electronic NIT and bidding documents. Each work carries a tender fee of **Rs. 1,500** and bid security of **2%** of the relevant estimated cost. Bidders must be active taxpayers, must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency, and must possess Balochistan Revenue Authority registration. Firms must have completed two assignments of similar nature, demonstrate the required turnover in three successive previous years, and hold Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the relevant category and specialized code at **C-5 or above**, up to Rs. 65 million.
