Tender Description
Barak Kandh Tera Militia is inviting sealed bids for various construction and repair works for the financial year 2026-27. The works are to be carried out at Tera, and interested contractors registered with the relevant authorities are encouraged to participate. Items being procured:
- Construction of 2 new rooms (Rs. 1,000,000/-)
- Construction of 1 new washroom (Rs. 440,000/-)
- Construction of 2 new washrooms (BOQS) (Rs. 500,000/-)
- Construction of 1 new room (Rs. 460,000/-)
The total estimated cost for these works is PKR 4,000,000. In addition, there are two maintenance jobs: maintenance of rooms (Rs. 960,000/-) and maintenance of kitchens and verandahs (Rs. 640,000/-). All works must be completed as per the technical specifications provided in the tender documents. Bidders must submit a call deposit receipt (CDR) equivalent to 2% of the bid amount as earnest money along with their bids.
Bids must be submitted by 5 October 2026 at 10:00 AM, and will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives.
