Routine Maintenance Work on M-1/M-2 Interchange to NIIA and Thallian Interchange to NIIA Road Including Loops of Interchanges & Periphery Road

The National Highway Authority (NHA) invites experienced and registered contractors for routine maintenance work on the M-1/M-2 interchange to NIIA (5.5 KM) and Thallian interchange to NIIA road (8.6 KM), including loops of interchanges and the periphery road in Attock. This maintenance contract involves upkeep and repair of highway infrastructure to ensure smooth traffic flow and safety. Items being procured: - Routine maintenance work on M-1/M-2 interchange to NIIA (5.5 KM) - Routine maintenance work on Thallian interchange to NIIA road (8.6 KM) - Maintenance of loops of interchanges - Maintenance of periphery road The scope includes all necessary materials, labor, and equipment to maintain the road surfaces, signage, drainage, and peripheral infrastructure as per NHA standards. Bidders must have valid PEC registration in category C-5 or above with specialization codes CE-01 and CE-10. They must also be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and appear on the Active Taxpayers List. Bidding documents and detailed terms will be available for free download from October 20, 2026, on the official e-procurement portal www.eprocure.gov.pk. Prospective bidders should submit their e-bids by November 3, 2026, before 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bids will no longer be accepted in upcoming procurements. The submission must be made electronically via the PPRA-approved e-procurement system. Interested contractors should ensure their bids comply fully with the instructions and include the required bid security of 2% of the engineer's estimated cost.
