Routine Maintenance Works on N-25 and N-85 Highways in Khuzdar

The National Highway Authority (NHA), Balochistan-South Region, Khuzdar, is inviting bids for routine maintenance works on the N-25 and N-85 highways. This procurement covers 57 maintenance works including 29 on N-25 from serial no. 01 to 29, 12 on N-85 from serial no. 30 to 41, and 16 on N-8 from serial no. 42 to 57. The scope includes routine maintenance from various chainage points along these highways, such as from KM 22 to 45 on N-25, KM 45 to 60 on N-25, KM 60 to 75 on N-25, and similar stretches on N-85 and N-8. The works involve civil maintenance activities essential for the upkeep and safety of these critical road networks. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and possess valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in Category 5. The bidding process requires submission of technical and financial bids in separate envelopes. Earnest Money and CDR must be provided as per the bidding documents. Bidders are advised to carefully review the detailed terms and conditions available on the NHA e-procurement website from July 15, 2026. Manual bids (hard copies) will no longer be accepted in upcoming procurements. The deadline for bid submission is July 22, 2026, by 1100 hours, with technical e-bids opening the same day at 1100 hours. Bidders can apply for multiple works but awards will be limited to two works based on the lowest bid and financial capacity.
