Tender Description
The National Highway Authority (NHA) Punjab West Region, Mianwali, is procuring routine maintenance works for two major highway routes, N-130 and N-135. This tender covers 13 separate maintenance contracts aimed at ensuring the upkeep and safety of these vital roadways.

- Routine maintenance from KM 0 to 20 on N-130
- Routine maintenance from KM 20 to 40 on N-130
- Routine maintenance from KM 40 to 60 on N-130
- Routine maintenance from KM 60 to 80 on N-130
- Routine maintenance from KM 80 to 100 on N-130
- Routine maintenance from KM 100 to 120 on N-130
- Routine maintenance from KM 120 to 129 on N-130
- Routine maintenance from KM 0 to 20 on N-135
- Routine maintenance from KM 20 to 40 on N-135
- Routine maintenance from KM 40 to 60 on N-135

The scope includes all routine maintenance activities along the specified highway sections, ensuring road safety and operational efficiency. The contracts require specialized civil engineering expertise, particularly in highway maintenance, with PEC registration in category C-5 and specialization codes CE-01 and CE-10. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and appear on the Active Taxpayers List.
Bidding documents are available free of cost on the NHA website. The procurement method is Single Stage - Two Envelopes, with technical bids to be opened on August 12, 2026, at 11:30 AM. Bidders must submit their bids before 11:00 AM on the same day. Only two works will be awarded per bidder based on the lowest bid and financial capacity as per audit reports. Manual bids will be rejected, and firms are advised to register on the e-procurement system immediately.
