Pakistan Air Force Base Nur Khan (Chaklala), Rawalpindi invites open bids from well-reputed firms, companies, or persons interested in running business on PAF land and familiar with all rules and regulations. Items being procured: - 01 hoarding structure available at No 103 ALC, PAF Old Airport Road (Chaklala), Rawalpindi - 01 Shop measuring 10' x 19' sft at Dhoke Khabba Road, PAF Base, Nur Khan The technical scope includes physically visiting the sites between 1000-1600 hours and submitting bids with required documents including company letterhead, CNIC copy, valid NTN & GST certificates, and company registration letter. Bids security amount is Rs. 1.0 Million Pay Order for hoarding and Rs. 0.3 Million for the shop, payable to Base Commander Welfare account, PAF Base Nur Khan. Open bids will be conducted on 15 October 2026 from 1000 to 1300 hours at Admin Wing, PAF Base Nur Khan. Bids security will be returned to unsuccessful bidders after final selection. The successful bidder must deposit security equal to 6 months offered rent within 15 days from bid opening. The contract duration is a maximum of 3 years.
