Wah Industries Limited, Packages Factory, located in Wah Cantt, Punjab, invites sealed quotations for the procurement of Safety Items and Consumable Items as detailed in the tender schedule. The procurement is for local purchase to support the production unit's operational needs. Items being procured: - Face Mask (Surgical), 29,200 Nos - Ranger Shoes, 10 pairs (size 42) - Long Rubber Shoes, 32 pairs (size 41, 42) - Cotton Gloves, 2,160 pairs - Anti Cut Gloves, 360 pairs - Drill 3.8 mm, 1,234 Nos - Drill 3/16 mm, 327 Nos - Grinding Disc 4", 3,297 Nos - Painting Brush 1", 873 Nos The items must conform to the specifications laid down in the tender schedule. Delivery is expected within 15 days after placement of the contract. Suppliers must provide technical details, literature, delivery schedule, and a signed undertaking with their technical offer. The technical offer must be accompanied by a bid money of Rs. 35,000 and a tender fee of Rs. 2,500. The tender fee is non-refundable and payable via Pay Order in favor of CEO/MD Wah Industries Ltd. Eligibility requires registration with the Sales Tax Department and submission of Sales Tax Invoice and Professional Tax Clearance Certificate. Bid money must be submitted as CDR/Pay Order from a scheduled bank. Performance Guarantee at 10% of contract value is required from the successful bidder.
