Tender Description
Punjab Excise and Taxation Authority (PERA) Gujranwala invites interested parties for the sale of seized items and materials under Roll 20(5) for the year 2025. The sale will be conducted on 13th July 2026 at 12:00 PM at the office of the President, Settlement Board, Gujranwala PERA. This procurement involves the disposal of seized goods on an "As Is Where Is Basis".
Items being procured:
- 75 seized items/materials as per inventory
The technical scope includes the inspection and purchase of seized goods as per the terms and conditions laid out by PERA. The items will be sold in their current condition without any warranty. Interested bidders must comply with all rules and regulations, including payment of the sale value amounting to Rs. 65,000. The sale process will be transparent and conducted under the supervision of the Hearing Officer. The successful bidder will be required to clear the items within three days of payment confirmation.
