Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Limited invites pre-qualification applications from experienced Human Resources provider firms or contractors registered with EOBI and SESSI for sanitation and cleaning services at its office premises in Karachi. The scope of work includes daily cleaning and maintenance of office washrooms, cleaning and sweeping of office yard, open spaces, and surrounding areas, as well as maintaining hygienic and sanitary conditions within the shipyard. Interested contractors must obtain pre-qualification documents from the HR Department office on any working day (Monday to Friday) between 0830 to 1600 hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000. The request for documents must clearly state it is for "Sanitation and Cleaning Services". Applications for pre-qualification must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked for sanitation and cleaning services before 1100 hours on 20 July 2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours. Only firms pre-qualified through this process will be invited to bid.
